Where to run in Tucson (Arizona)

A great place to run in Tucson is in the Sabino Canyon Recreation area, one of the most visited outdoor sites around here, located in Tucson's northeast side. The Sabino Canyon trail is an easy trail measuring 4 miles. You can run the whole trail and back, totaling 8 miles, or take the shuttle bus that will take you up to 4 miles into the canyon, and run back to the entrance of the recreation area. No private cars are allowed. This gorgeous run offers great views of the Santa Catalina Mountains, which are part of the Coronado National Forest.
