Rockford Road Runners - Formed in 1968, the prime objective of the organization is the promotion and encouragement of long distance running and the education of the public as to its benefits. The club holds races, fun runs, educational activities, lectures, demonstrations, clinics, and social events, makes awards, and other things that may be conducive to the encouragement of running.
